Ok. We're in a country full of Italians. And we're not Italian. Not a one of us. So you can forgive us if, in a country full of Italians, we miss an Italian or two. It's like that old joke -- they all look the same to us. That's not really true, of course, but we have no other excuse for why we didn't notice Marco Traniello in the field yesterday.
We did notice him today, rocking an incredibly short stack. He got that stack of about 6,000 chips in the middle from under the gun and was called by the cutoff player. The cutoff showed down and was shocked -- as was everyone else watching the hand -- to see Traniello turn over . It was all over by the turn of a board that came down . Traniello doubled to 14,000 and, more importantly, is back on our radar screen.
